General Conditions of Sale (GTC) - Shaina Distribution

Introduction

These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to commercial relations between SHAINA DISTRIBUTION, operator of the online shop https://shaina-distribution.eu/gb/, and its professional clients. These GTCs define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale of products marketed on the site.

Definitions

  • Internet Shop : means the website https://shaina-distribution.eu/gb/, showcase of products offered by SHAINA DISTRIBUTION.
  • Command : means the online purchase act between SHAINA DISTRIBUTION and the customer.
  • Outputs : means goods and services offered for sale on the internet store.
  • Service : corresponds to the sales activity of the Products via the online shop.
  • Transaction : all transactions related to the payment of the Products ordered.

Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to establish the conditions under which SHAINA DISTRIBUTION offers and sells its products to registered professional customers.

Article 2 – Acceptance of conditions

By validating an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these GTCs. The latter shall prevail over any other document issued by the customer.

Article 3 – Products

The products displayed are available subject to stock. The product sheets include detailed descriptions, but some offers may be reserved exclusively for physical orders or direct calls.

Article 4 – Order

  • Confirmation After validation, a confirmation is sent to the customer's email. The order is then considered final.
  • Error in coordinates : SHAINA DISTRIBUTION disclaims any liability in case of delay or failure of delivery due to an error in the information provided by the customer.
  • Cancellation The company reserves the right to cancel an order in case of non-payment or prior dispute.

Article 5 – Delivery

  • Method : Delivery to the address indicated within a period specified on the product sheet.
  • Retard SHAINA DISTRIBUTION cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
  • Reception The customer is required to check the condition of the packages in front of the carrier. Reservations must be clearly stated on the delivery note.
  • Force majeure : In case of unforeseen events (strike, fire, etc.), delivery obligations can be suspended.

Article 6 – Withdrawal and return

The professional customer has a period of 7 days to return the products for a 6 month exchange or voucher. The returned products must be new and in their original packaging.

Article 7 – Price and payment

  • Price Expressed in euros, including VAT. The shipping costs are detailed before the order is validated.
  • Payment : Secure payment methods available on the site must be used. The order is validated only after bank approval.

Article 8 – Guarantees and liability

SHAINA DISTRIBUTION limits its liability to the amount of the order. Product defects are covered by the legal guarantee in force in France.
